A young Rudolph Valentino with Jeanne before his hormons kicked in...in the house sitting on the bean bag chair!! (notice the summer poddle cut :)  One year later he's The ADMS (American Donkey & Mule Society) World Champion Donkey. 17 classes 17 wins including Winnamucca, AMA (American Mule Association) Champion, Nevada World Champion and ADMS World Champion Donkey, Los Angeles Fair. Pound for Pound one of the strongest lil animals i've ever known. Rudy even won over the Standards and Mammoth Jacks. 

    Some women that had never seen Rudy in person wrote in her magazine back east somewhere that he was weedie, weak and wouldn't make a good breeding Jack as i recall. I probably should have written to her but i didn't . Good thing Rudy couldn't read all that well. We just kept showing him and he kept winning till he retired. 17 consecutive wins  in 17 shows. Including: NHSA,  Norco Horse Show Assoc., Adms Shows, Mule Days, Winnamucca Mule Days. Later purchased by Marc Parton, former A.M.H.A. president, someone said he built ships in Mississippi as i recall. I'm expecting an email from Rudy any day now! lol
